Burning permit renewals are due for the Town of Malone no later than March 31.  People caught burning without a permit will be issued a ticket.

It is also required to have a permit for any new buildings, specific renovations, installation of swimming pools, woodstoves, chimney, and installation and repair on septic tanks.
