Industrial Development Agency

The Town of Malone Industrial Development Agency is located on the Creighton Road in the Town of Malone.

When the park first opened there were ten lots available for purchase.

We presently have five occupants:

1. Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England.

2. North Star Industries Day Treatment/Work Center/Waiver Program/Day Hab

3. Valco Furniture

4. Giggles and Wiggles Day Care

5. ComLinks Gleaning Warehouse.

We are presently in the processing of selling a half a lot.

There is room for future development and expansion.

The members of the IDA are as follows:

Louise Taylor, Secretary/Treasurer

Irv Caplan, Board Member

Jack Sullivan, Board Member

Cheryl Dumas, Recording Secretary

We meet at 5:45 PM on the second Wednesday of the month before the regular Town Board Meeting.
